East Lake Appraisals Inc. was formed in 2007 by Hank Kowalczyk. The goal of East Lake Appraisals is to provide quality claims service to the Auto Insurance industry at a competitive price without compromising the quality of the appraisal.
The founder comes from an extensive background in the Auto Insurance industry having worked at 2 major carriers and serving as the Material Damage Supervisor at his most recent employer. With extensive experience as a Material Damage re-inspector covering the entire states of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, appraisal accuracy, cycle time and most importantly customer service are cornerstones of the philosophy at East Lake where your customers are the people we strive to please.
The ability to provide a superior product here at East Lake is achieved through the use of experienced appraisers who have been well trained. The average experience level for an East Lake appraiser is over 20 years. Most of our appraisers have started their careers at major carriers that are among the most recognized names in the industry and as a result are well versed in claims handling procedures. All of our appraisers possess a valid New York State Auto Damage Appraisers license and East Lake Appraisals Inc. is fully insured.
